About The School

Divine Dale International School, Sherpur is a co-educational, English medium, day school founded in 1998 by the chief Managing Director Suraj Bhan Tholiya, and the Director Principal Mrs. Purna Tholiya. The school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. It believes in and strives for the holistic development of the child by fostering a caring and creative environment.

The school maintains a student teacher ratio of 1:20 and aims to - develop a curriculum that focuses on self learning and practical approach to learning concepts. At Divine Dale International School, we strive to promote leadership in our children and make them collaborative, inquisitive, expressive, and enterprising individuals.

The school is sited on a Five acres land away from the city, amidst of lush green sprawling fields. The school campus is located just a couple of kilometers from the Inchhapuri Railway station on Delhi Jaipur line and hosts state-of-the-art infrastructure including 30 classrooms, well equipped labs for science, language and computer studies, a digitally enabled well stocked library, an audio visual room, art and craft hall, rooms for music, dance and drama, indoor and outdoor play area, and green area for gardening. The campus is Wifi enabled and hosts sports facilities spread across 3 acres including basket ball, hand ball and tennis grounds. The school also plans to offer golf as part of the sports curriculum.

The academic year of the school commences in April and ends in March. Affiliated with CBSE , the school offers education from pre-primary to Class XII, offering Science Commerce and Humanities streams at Senior Secondary Level. It follows National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) curriculum for pre-primary and middle schooland CBSE curriculum. at the secondary and senior secondary level.

The pedagogy is a blend of problem-based learning, multiple intelligence, teaching by task, individual progression, and problem solving. A teacher-student ratio of 1:15 is maintained at the preprimary level and 1:20 at the primary and secondary level.

15-20 days of the school calendar year are ear marked for teacher training programmes.

Extracurricular: The students participate in various co-curricular and extracurricular activities to develop their intellectual, social, physical, emotional and creative abilities. These include vocal music, western and classical, dance, art and craft, drama, gymnastics, Taekwondo, basketball, cricket and tennis, among others.
